Established October 29, 2010 with gifts from Jean marie Luczkowski and Stephen John Habash; used to provide scholarships to undergraduate and/or graduate students with diverse backgrounds enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences to experience a study abroad experience with emphasis on study of World War II History.
