The Age-Friendly Columbus and Franklin County initiative, housed at the College of Social Work, will provide students and faculty the opportunity to work in collaboration with older adults to support a high quality of life for people of all ages. Central Ohio’s 65+ population is expected to double in the next 35 years. Age-Friendly works to ensure that as people age and their abilities change, their communities are able to provide easy access to services, amenities, and opportunities. Donations to this fund will be used at the discretion of the Director of Age-Friendly to support general operating costs, research, and programmatic needs.
