Moritz College of LawThe Moritz College of Law has developed nationally recognized programs in Election Law, Dispute Resolution, International Intellectual Property Law, Employment Law, Corporate Law, Privacy and Cyber Law, and Criminal Law. Founded in 1891, the College is committed to building a learning environment for its 675 students that is second to none. More than 9,000 law alumni are central to the college’s national reputation and include justices of the Supreme Court of Ohio, federal and state judges at the trial and appellate levels, current and former U.S. Senators and Representatives, managing partners in law firms of all sizes, chief executive officers of leading corporations, professors at law schools across the country, and attorneys with nonprofit organizations and public interest law firms.

Supports the cooperative venture with students and faculty at Carnegie Mellon University. Its an interdisciplinary journal of research & commentary concentrating on interaction of law

Kathleen and Thomas Kahle Fund

Fund Number: 482397

Supports scholarships for racial minorities in the Moritz College of Law as long, as such scholarships are permitted under Federal and state law and University policy. This fund is currently a pending endowment, the purpose of which is subject to change until the fund is formally approved as an endowment. Prior to such approval, the pending endowment also may be converted to a current use fund.
