The Student Campaign Advisory Board is asking students to make a gift of $20.08 in celebration of their graduation.
Leave your mark on the University.
Students voted on the campus project they wanted to leave as their legacy, and they chose to leave their mark on the university—literally.
The 2007-2008 Class Gift will be The Ohio State University seal in the new Ohio Union. The 16-foot seal will be created through waterjet technology using stainless steel and precast terrazzo, and will be embedded in the floor of the Great Hall.
The New Ohio Union
Continuing in the first Ohio Union’s Scarlet and Gray tradition, the new Ohio Union will open in 2010 and be a state-of-the-art facility serving as a central hub for students to gather, participate in activities, and be part of a community.
The beautiful seal will serve as a focal point, reminding past, present, and future Buckeyes of the Classes of 2007 and 2008’s generosity.
